What’s New at VersaTruss for 2017

VersaTruss has just finished our strategic planning session for 2017 coming out of a strong year for 2016. Our forecast for growth has never been stronger and we are projecting to see further development in a number of business sectors over 2017 and we wanted to share our successes with our customers.

Our small start-up trade show booth division experience a 20% growth over the past year. This would include our smallest standard structure which is a 4’x8’ truss structure up to and including our 20’ x 20’ booths.

VersaTruss saw the need to create a cost effective means for new and smaller companies to effectively take part in trade shows and exhibitions but have a professional display.

We employed a number of cost reduction solutions that increased our manufacturing efficiencies allowing us to effectively provide the same quality and structure size at a reduce cost to our valued customers.

Our custom division is forecasted to also see an increase of 10% going into 2017. Large entertainment centers for example, football, hockey and concert stadiums have not only seen the value the VersaTruss product line brings to the table for crowd control, guidance, advertising and security equipment implementation but the team organizations themselves are enjoying the freedom of design for promoting the teams themselves for example the new playing field entrance for the Miami Dolphins at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. This structure offers it all from a new tunnel design to advance pyrotechnic cannons. When the Dolphins enter the playing field, they do it I style.

Over and above our traditional display and exhibit style applications, we are also seeing our truss products being employed in more commercial applications for example sensors for automatic car washes. IN this application the laser sensors are mounted on a custom truss assemble that ensures that now hardware will come in contact with a vehicle in both brush and touchless car applications.
